PART SIX: FOSTER HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS

 The book of Proverbs chapter 27 verse 9 says; "Just as lotions and fragrance give sensual delight, a sweet friendship refreshes the soul." MSG. Don't you just love it when one of your good friends comes by and the two of you have a laughter festival all day long? I live for those moments. Healthy relationships are a good breeding ground for your mental wellbeing. One of the things that you can do in order to manage stress is to become very intentional about your relationships. I encourage you to take inventory of your interpersonal relationships. Are they healthy and wholesome or do they harbor any traces of toxicity that need to be dealt with and/or gotten rid of? How is your relationship with the people closest you? Your spouse or significant? Your family? Your friends? How do you relate with your co-workers? Your schoolmates?
